I am still new to Anime and The Rising of the Shield Hero was my second Anime. However, this show is amazing! I am shocked that I never heard of this show before watching it. The first season is truly incredible and the second season was good but a bit rushed and then the third was also good but a bit short as well. The Rising of the Shield Hero went from 25 episodes in the first season down to 13 in the second and then 12 in the third. As of right now they are still making the show and I hope they continue it for another few seasons but I would love to see seasons that were a bit longer so they don’t feel rushed. The storyline in this show is very engaging, unique and fun! The character are amazing and relatable! There is a good amount of character building which is part of what makes me like the show so much! The combat scenes are really fun and enjoyable to watch! The entire idea of the show is new to me. It is refreshing to see a show that actually has different ideas and isn’t just a copy and paste of some other show. I have already seen all three of the seasons currently on Crunchyroll and I can’t wait for the fourth! If you haven’t seen The Rising of the Shield Hero yet then I would definitely recommend it!
